Elevos Support Program – SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description
      By opting into Elevos Support, you agree to receive SMS messages related to customer support, software updates, service notifications, and other relevant communications from Elevos. These messages are intended to keep you informed and supported in your use of Elevos products and services.

2. Opt-Out Instructions
      You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our short code. After you send the "STOP" message, we will confirm your unsubscription via SMS. You will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again by re-registering for the program.

3. Help & Support
      If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance. You can also contact our support team directly at support@elevos.com or call us toll free at 1-800-342-5460.

4. Carrier Liability
      Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

      Standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from Elevos. You will receive periodic messages based on your support needs and product updates, and message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
