Introducing the ePCRIV Feature: Round Trip

The ePCRIV software has recently introduced a powerful new feature called “Round Trip,” designed to streamline and enhance the efficiency of patient care reporting. This feature is a game-changer for agencies looking to optimize their workflow and ensure comprehensive documentation.

Accessing the Round Trip Feature

To enable and utilize the Round Trip feature, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to Agency Setup:

    • Log in to your ePCRIV account at agency.epcriv.com.
    • Go to the Agency Setup section.
  2. Enable Round Trip in PCR Preferences:

    • Within Agency Setup, select PCR Preferences.
    • Locate the switch for the Round Trip feature and toggle it to the “On” position.
  3. Utilize Round Trip in PCR List:

    • Once enabled, the Round Trip option will be available in the PCR list.
    • For each report, click on the action button to access the Round Trip feature.

Key Functionality of the Round Trip Feature

The Round Trip feature was developed to create a “B trip” from an original report. This new trip will include patient and related information from the initial report, but the Scene and Destination information will be switched. This ensures that all aspects of the patient’s journey are accurately documented, even when there are multiple trips involved.
