PCR Status Meanings

PCR Status Meanings

The following tables explain the different statuses and their meanings for both billing and Nemsis in ePCRIV.

The color table explains the priority in which colors are displayed for each PCR on ePCRIV. This means if a pcr was to have a failed billing status but a successful Nemsis status it would have a red color since that color takes priority over the green.

Below is the billing status table. These are all of the different statuses PCRs can have in their billing status column on ePCRIV.
Billing Status
Not Selected - PCR has not been completed.
Ready - Valid PCR ready to be sent to billing.
Succeeded - PCR successfully sent to billing.
Failed - PCR failed to go into billing.
Non Transport - PCR was sent to billing but since it is a non transport it is not allowed.
Rejected - PCR was rejected in billing for review/to updated information.
On Hold - PCR placed on hold by agency to stop it from transmitting.

Below is the Nemsis status table. These are all of the different statuses PCRs can have in their Nemsis status column on ePCRIV.
Nemsis Status
NoneSet - Partial PCR, refresh has not been clicked on warnings page.
*Save In Progress - PCR is in the process of being saved and/or incomplete.
Invalid PCR - Partial PCR that has been refreshed and has errors/warnings.
Valid PCR - PCR has no errors/warnings after refresh but has not been sent to Nemsis.
Ready for QA - PCR has been sent to Nemsis, but agency has QA settings on so they must be accepted by agency admin before being sent.
Ready for Transmission - PCR has joined the queue to be sent to Nemsis.
Waiting for Response - PCR has been sent to Nemsis and ePCRIV is waiting on response from state.
Complete - PCR successfully sent to and accepted by Nemsis.
Failed - Nemsis sent failed status back as response for a PCR.
On Hold - PCR placed on hold by agency to stop it from transmitting.

* If a PCR stays in save in progress too long, go back to the warnings page and hit refresh.  The status of the PCR should update.  If the PCR is locked and the user is still unable to update the admin can place it on hold to unlock, save it without changes, and then click refresh to send again.
