Adding New Facilities (Admin Only)

To add a new facility to EPCRIV the nemsis code will be needed from nemsis.org

Scroll down and click on the state your agency is based in/reports to.

Once your state is selected scroll down again and click on "State Data Set"

On the State Data Set page select facilities on the left.

This page has a list of all the facilities for the state. Some states have generic codes in case a facilities is not recorded.

On https://agency.epcriv.com/ login and select Agency Setup. Then select the agency in which you would like to add facilities.

Once in the Agency Setup page at the top select the Facility tab.

Once on the Facility page, to add a new facility or facilities, click the New button.

Facilities must be grouped by type (Dialysis, Hospital, Nursing Home, etc..)

Select the facility type and add codes from the state data set that are of that facility type. Multiple codes can be added to one group by clicking the + button.

Once the codes are added click select.

On the Facility page click the second Info tab and confirm/edit information by clicking the Facility Group drop downs. Information is automatically added from nemsis for each facility based on the code provided.

Once information is confirmed hit save at the bottom. The facilities are now selectable from pcrs. 

Facilities can be updated/edited on the Facility page by clicking the Actions button and edit. Once on the Facility page click the second Info tab and click the Facility Group Drop downs to edit. Be sure to click save after making any changes.
