This article will show you how to create/edit patients in ePCRIV.
* Note: Agency Admin permission is needed to create/edit patients

avigate to epcriv.com and login with your credentials.
To Create a New Patient:
- On the left, click the Patients tab
- To create a new patient, click the "+ New Patient" on the right
To Edit Patient Info:
- Search patient up in the search bar and click the search button
- You can search by entering the Patient ID, First/Last Name, SSN, DOB, or their Drivers License Number
- Once patient is located, click the Actions tab then Edit
- You will then be taken to the Patient Information screen to edit any info
2. Patient Information:
- Here, you can add/edit the patients information under its corresponding tab.
- Patient Info: Patients Name, Gender, Race, DOB, SSN, Home Address, and Phone Number
- Insurance Info: Patients insurance information
- Responsible Party: Information on patients closest relative/guardian
- Employer: Patients employer information
- Medical history: Any important medical history of the patient, past surgeries, allergies, medications, etc
3. Once information is filled out, be sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the screen to save changes.
