Electron App for Elevos ePCRIV System: A Guide to Creating Patient Care Reports

The Electron app for the Elevos ePCRIV system is designed to streamline the creation of patient care reports. Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure smooth operation:

Initial Setup

  1. Remember Me Option:
    • Browser Login: Always select the "Remember Me" option.
    • App Login: Ensure you also select "Remember Me" here.
    • Note: Skipping this step may cause issues with catalog imports.
  2. First-Time Launch:
    • After logging in successfully, click on the Download option in the left menu.
    • A shift setup can be registered during the connection to internet. This will auto fill the crew information for the reports created offline.

Daily Workflow

  • Offline Mode:
    • It is highly recommended to work offline throughout your shift to avoid errors. The continuous changes between online and offline can create errors.
    • You can perform all standard tasks without an internet connection.
  • End of Shift:
    • Connect to the internet to sync all reports created during the offline period.

Limitations in Offline Mode

  • Patient Search: You cannot search for patients in the database.
  • Report Validations: The Warnings screen is not available.

Troubleshooting

  • App Refresh: If you encounter any issues or the screen freezes, use the command CTRL+R to refresh the app.
