Adding Insurance Favorites in ePCRIV
To add favorite insurances in ePCRIV first go to the Agency Website
On the agency website login and in the menu select "Agency Setup",
Then on the demographics page select the agency you want to add the insurances to, by clicking on the actions button and clicking edit.
Once on the agency page, scroll to the "Insurance Favorites" tab at the top.
On the Insurance Favorites tab, select the drop down and search the insurance you would like to add.
To add the insurance check the box next to the one you want to add.
Once it is checked hit the save button at the bottom right.
The insurance will now appear in the favorites section in pcrs.

To begin using ePCRIV you will open a web browser and navigate to epcriv.com(opens in a new tab). From here you will log in to the website. Watch the video to see how to log in and access your account.
