Adding Personnel (For users with existing credentials or users who do not need system login)
This article explains how Agency Administrators can add personnel in agency.epcriv.com. This process applies to:
- Users who already have ePCRIV credentials (they need to log in to the system)
- Users who do not require login access (e.g., drivers)
Only Agency Admins with access to Agency Setup can perform this process.
Accessing the Personnel Setup
- Log into agency.epcriv.com using your Agency Admin credentials.
- Navigate to:
Tenant Admin → Agency Setup - Locate your agency and click the Action button.
- Select Edit Agency.
- Go to the Personnel tab.
- Click NEW to add new personnel.
Option 1: Adding Users Who Already Have ePCRIV Credentials
(Users who need to log in to the system)
- In the personnel creation screen, go to the Name tab.
- Click inside the User ID field.
A dropdown list will appear showing all users available for your agency.
- You can search by username or email address.
Select the user from the dropdown list.
The system will automatically populate:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number (if available)
- Navigate to the Licensure tab.
- Complete all required licensure fields.
- Click Save.
The user is now added to the personnel roster with login access.
Option 2: Adding Users Who Do NOT Need Login Access
(Drivers or personnel who do not require system credentials)
- In the personnel creation screen, go directly to the Licensure tab.
- Complete all the licensure information.
- Click Save.
- Return to the Name tab.
- Enter the First Name and Last Name manually.
- Click Save again.
The user will now appear on the crew roster, even though they do not have system login access.
Result
After completing either workflow, the personnel will be visible in your agency's crew roster and can be assigned to units or used in reporting as appropriate.
Important Note
The personnel’s licensure must be up to date. If the license is expired, the personnel will not be displayed in the crew roster.
