Update Personnel / Crew Information

To update your personnel or crew information:
  1. Navigate to agency.epcriv.com
  2. Select Agency Setup on the left menu
     
  3. On your agency click on the action button and select Edit

  4. On the top menu select the Personnel tab

  5. On the personnel list search for the personnel you want to update and click on the action button and select Edit

  6. Here you can update the personal information, licensure (License number and expiration date) and any other relevant information about personnel
  7. Click on Save and all the changes will be updated
