Response Unit Shift Setup

Response Unit Shift Setup

In this article, you will find how to set up a Response Unit's shift.

First, we will access the ePCR tab in the main menu on the Elevos Phoenix QA service, and select our agency.

We will click on the “Shift Setup” button located in the upper right side.

We will proceed to set up the expiry time of the shift (in this case we will establish the expiry time for 24 hours) and the Unit Level of Care from the ones we have listed.

We will input the Unit Number manually, or we can pick it up from the ones saved, by clicking on the button next to the field.

When we click on the button, we will have a list of the number of units we have, we will just select one by clicking it and confirm by clicking on “Select” button.

Now we will proceed with the setup for our “Dispatch Station” same as the Unit number, we can input it manually, or we can select it from a list with the button located next to the blank space.

Same as before, we will just click on the Dispatch Station we would like to select, and then we will confirm by clicking on the select button to confirm.

Once we're done selecting all this options, our setup should look something like this.

Let's continue by selecting our staff. On the right side of your screen, you will find the following options.

We will click in the “Add Personnel” button. And a list will show up, with our crew members, we will select one by clicking on it, and confirm by clicking on the “Select” button.

The full profile of the crew member will be displayed. From here we will have to select the crew member roles, and upload their signature, type of person signing, or have them sign by using the “Capture Sign” tool.

Once we have finished this, our setup should look like this.

If we need to add another crew member, we can easily do so by scrolling down and clicking the add personnel button.

Once we're done, we will click on the save button located at the lower right side from your screen, and that way we will have our Response Unit's Shift successfully setup.
